Super professional. María M. helped me and resolved all my issues. I made a purchase at MediaMarkt, and when I was paying, the cashback error faltered. It showed 2.75% and then 10%. Letyshops took care of paying the remaining percentage up to that 10% out of their own pocket. The management of these guys is incredible. 10/10. Highly recommended.

For small purchases, it works without a hitch, but when you make a large purchase, the algorithm curiously fails. I'm not the only one this has happened to... When you write to customer service, they tell you it's not their fault, but the store's. The end result is that you hire a service and it doesn't deliver. Obviously, they're covered, since the terms and conditions make it clear that they're not responsible for any flaws in their algorithm... If it's your product, they should be responsible for their flaws, I say... The end result: They haven't solved anything for me. They offered me a coupon to increase my cashback for two days, which makes no sense; it's like spending money again. They've given me back a sixth of what they should have and are offering me more cashback... Anyway, I won't use this service again.

If this app's revenue generation relies on technology, it leaves a lot to be desired. I've had several occasions where, before making a purchase, I check that the browser extension is activated, only to see that the cashback doesn't appear when I actually make the purchase. After submitting a request to have it processed in-store and the transaction appearing in the Letychops statistics (waiting four months), the response is that since the seller hasn't responded, they can't do anything. I'm already questioning the veracity of this service (it works for small purchases, but for purchases over €400, they wash their hands of it).

I think it's great to be able to recover some of the money I spent. I also requested a withdrawal, and in less than two hours I had it in my account. I received it. I recommend you use it.

Te devuelven dinero de tus compras, aunque sea unos céntimos, pero al final es bastante dinero. Yo he conseguido 40€ con mis compras de Aliexpress y Shein. Algunas plataformas, como Mediamark no acepta el cashback desde la web de las islas canarias, lo cual me parece un punto negativo. Solo he retirado dinero una vez y la experiencia fue buena, en un par de días tenía el dinero ingresado en mi cuenta. Estoy contenta con la extensión de Chrome y con la app en general, por lo tanto, la recomiendo y seguiré usándola.

It's a great app to receive cashback on purchases, but my opinion is more focused on customer service. They're wonderful, friendly, attentive, always kind, and respond super quickly. I wish all companies had this kind of customer service. It's pure fantasy, really. I only have words of gratitude.
