⚠️ BEWARE OF MIRAVIA ⚠️ I bought a product that turned out to be counterfeit, with an official certificate from the brand confirming this. Since then, I've been waiting for a refund for months. They've promised me multiple times in writing that they would refund my money, but they don't keep their promises; they constantly contradict themselves and keep me going around in circles without a solution. Furthermore, I'm not alone. Just today, I heard from another person who had the exact same problem with AirPods also purchased here. Be very careful if you're going to buy anything, because if you have any problems, you'll be on your own, without real help and without clear answers. I've had to complain to the Consumer Affairs Department, file a complaint with the National Police, and gather evidence for weeks. All I want is my money back, and they're not even capable of doing that. This isn't an isolated complaint: it's a warning.

I don't like LetyShops for this store, because if you use a discount coupon (which is very likely with Miravia), your cashback won't be activated.
Miravia on Letyshops is a scam... first, if you use a coupon, they don't give you cashback. Second, if you don't use a coupon, they don't give you cashback either because they say they lost it along the way. You always have to claim it. I think they're laughing at you and at us. I just want to thank Letyshops because they take on the bad work of others.
