I love it! Especially the service from the LetyShops team. I had an issue with my purchase because the system didn't register it, and therefore, the pending cashback didn't appear. At first, I was upset and opened a request to recover it. The process seemed slow because the app informed me that they were waiting for the store's response, which could take up to three months. Later, they assigned me a person who would be with me during this process. And I also want to thank Anna again for the kind and friendly service she provided me during these past few days. Finally, I have my cashback back, so I am very happy and excited. I look forward to shopping again soon and hoping that no more incidents of this type occur.

99% of the time, they keep the cashback, claiming you did something wrong (even though you did the same thing the other times they gave it to you) or that the store didn't give them the commission. Especially when it's a big purchase, like what happened to me with several cell phones, etc. It's not my fault (if it's true), because I think they're making a fortune by making millions of people earn money without receiving anything in return. For my part, I won't use this website again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Like you, we're also interested in cashback crediting. Only in this case do we receive a commission from partners. Various factors can influence cashback crediting (data oversubscription, violation of store rules, extended payment (more than an hour), use of promotional codes). We also recommend disabling all extensions installed in your browser, or trying a different browser without extensions except LetyShops.
David, we understand your emotions, but unfortunately, we don't always have the opportunity to recover lost money from our account. We sincerely hope that, thanks to our advice, such situations won't happen again.

The cashback and the service are generally good, but they're useless if the commitments aren't met. I made a purchase at El Corte Inglés with a significant cashback, but the transaction failed (which is quite common), and I had to claim it back. After four months of waiting and several claims, they compensated me with a voucher for a much lower amount than the amount agreed in the purchase terms and conditions, and a closed incident with the justification that the store doesn't respond to them. I find the agreements that letyshops has with its stores and that are offered on this platform very disreputable. From now on, I'll look for other alternatives.

Like you, we're also interested in cashback crediting. Cashback loss can occur due to several factors: violation of the store's terms and conditions, prolonged payment (more than an hour), or use of promotional codes. If for some reason the cashback doesn't appear, it means the store hasn't sent any compensation for your order. Therefore, we try to compensate at least part of the cashback the user doesn't receive from our funds.
Unfortunately, we haven't received a response from the store regarding your order. We understand that you're not happy with the solution and that the bonus we credited you doesn't correspond to the cashback, but there's nothing more we can do :(

It's a very good platform, really. I've had problems with my cashback from time to time, but the help and support team tries to resolve it and make it easy. The times I've had problems with it, they've resolved it quickly. Regarding withdrawals, it's very fast and efficient; I imagine it depends on the timing and the number of requests.
