Just signed up, I made two purchases, and neither of them were reflected (even though I had cashback activated, all with screenshots just in case). So, although they credited it after the fact, it turns out that if it's not credited automatically, it's not valid for the €5 welcome bonus, and they reject it. Of course, if you don't meet the requirements, whoever sent you the link also rejects the €5. What a mess.

Very bad first experience, I made a purchase through LetyShops for €249.90 with a 5% cashback, doing everything correctly, and the first thing that happened was that it didn't register the purchase so I opened the incident with the invoice and screenshot of LetyShops active in the browser and my surprise was that they accepted the cashback but they only deposited €4 when they felt like it, which should have been €12. I highly doubt I'll use this platform again and I recommend not using it because of how poorly it is managed.

The store denied us a refund for the order because the commission was paid to another source. This means that at the time of purchase, there was a rewrite, and some service took this cashback for itself. Based on our experience, there are several options for what this could be: using another cashback service before purchase, switching to a banner ad, or using other tabs at the time of purchase.

I'm quite happy. It's very easy to use, they have a large number of stores, and they offer many cashback boost promotions when shopping at different stores. I've never had any problems getting my cashback approved or withdrawing the money, even though I shop a lot online.
