Thank you for your feedback. The fact is that each store has its own average time for crediting cashback. This time is necessary for the store to be completely sure that you will not return the parcel, for the order confirmation process and other technical delays that may arise.
In the case of AliExpress, the time for opening a dispute with the seller may also be taken into account. As soon as the store sends the corresponding confirmation, the cashback status will change to "Credited". You can see the estimated date of crediting for each order in your personal account. To do this, simply hover your mouse over the question mark next to the text "Pending".
If the estimated crediting dates have already passed and the cashback has not yet been credited to your balance, you can contact our support service, we will try to help you.
