Unfortunately, we have no way to influence this time. Cashback confirmation and rejection occurs automatically based on the data that the store sends to us. If you have redeemed an order and the cashback is rejected by mistake or the average crediting time is significantly exceeded, please inform our customer care service. We will find out the reasons for the error and try to help you. :)
