Disgusting service!!! Two orders in a row and with cashback were screwed by the "customer service". The first one on iHerb, the page loaded every other time, some kind of glitch and no cashback. They made an excuse that the referral was used. With other orders with referrals, discounts and loyalty bonuses in a bunch, everything was fine - cashbacks were credited. The second one on AliExpress. They just said the store stopped crediting bonuses for certain products. Two orders totaling 8,000 rubles and 0 savings. On any other service I would have returned at least something.
