Disappointed with the service. They did NOT credit the cash for the iHerb order. My request has been in the works for 1.5 months and silence, although they initially promised to resolve the issue within 15 days.

Disgusting service!!! Two orders in a row and with cashback were screwed by the "customer service". The first one on iHerb, the page loaded every other time, some kind of glitch and no cashback. They made an excuse that the referral was used. With other orders with referrals, discounts and loyalty bonuses in a bunch, everything was fine - cashbacks were credited. The second one on AliExpress. They just said the store stopped crediting bonuses for certain products. Two orders totaling 8,000 rubles and 0 savings. On any other service I would have returned at least something.

Cashback is credited to the balance automatically if the conditions that are on the store pages are met. For orders in iHerb, partners do not transfer commission to us if the order is placed using a referral code. Cashback that appeared in "Waiting" would be rejected when reconciling the data.
Cashback is not awarded for all products when ordering from AliExpress. You can check the product before purchasing it using a special tool in the app, extension, or on the store page.

All good reviews are fake, because from a mattress for 3800 on AliExpress with a 5.5% cashback, the cashback was 50 rubles, i.e. a complete scam, LetyShops used to be a normal service, but now it just throws 250 rubles on people's accounts and you can't withdraw it because you need to buy an apartment to get 500 rubles... a mean and cunning service, I will never deal with it again...
