I often buy power tools and other equipment here, as they probably have the largest selection of products with the option to purchase "Payment in installments" from PB.

I have purchased goods from this store several times online. Everything is OK. Moreover, you can contact the store itself for service. If something happens, you don't have to run around the city and look for a service center. You just bring the goods to the store and then pick them up there after a while. Convenient.

I bought a computer mouse. They called me back quickly, I picked it up. But they were in no hurry to credit the cashback. All the crediting deadlines passed until I turned to LetyShop for help. And only then did I get the cashback.

The prices in this store do not match, or there is a complete mess with the staff. After ordering the goods, the manager calls to confirm the order, a message comes when and where to pick up the goods, and on the last day the manager calls again and says that the goods are not available and the order is cancelled. A similar situation happened twice with this store. So think about whether to contact them or not!

Terrible store, I order the product twice, they call back and say that it is not available at this price, although the indicated price has been posted on the store's website for three days already.

Terrible website, information is not up-to-date, managers are not aware of the availability of the product, they can claim that it is there, and the next day another manager calls and says sorry, it's over. I was taken in by the relatively high percentage of cashback in Moyo compared to other online electronics stores. I ordered an LG 43UH6xx TV and a bracket for it. Within an hour, a manager from the main office called back and confirmed the order, saying that the goods would be delivered to one of the stores in 2 days. 2 days passed, no messages about the delivery of the goods came. I called back to the manager at the main office. It turns out that the goods are already in the city, but for unknown reasons the carrier did not deliver them to the store and does not explain this in any way. The next day, the goods cannot be picked up either, because it is Sunday and the carrier is not working. The message about the delivery came 2 days later. In the store, when checking the goods, they took the TV out of the box. On the screen: greasy stains from fingers (the excuse is "we took it out to check the integrity of the matrix"), the entire monitor is streaked from the fact that it was wiped with a damp cloth (the sellers look at me with stupid faces and do not know how to explain this, like this is how it should be). On the back panel, in the recess where all the connectors are located, there is a layer of dust!!! The box with the manual, remote control and other papers, which should be hermetically sealed with transparent film, is cut in two places and sealed with tape on top (so it’s not noticeable)))). The protective film on the edges of the case is carelessly re-glued. I’m shocked. A used TV taken off the wall of a store is sold as new! I ask to update the order so that they bring a normal, absolutely new TV in the factory packaging. After a while, the manager calls me back and starts telling me that all their TVs are either from showrooms or from stores. There are NO new TVs! Why don’t they warn me about this initially before placing an order? Thank you, I can buy a used product at the radio market and not pay for it as for a new one. I regret that I contacted MOYO, wasted time and gas on travel. Advice to the sellers of this “magnificent” store: before pushing used goods, at least wipe the dust off them))))
