- в які вносились зміни після оформлення (спосіб оплати, доставки тощо);

Happy with Foxtrot, made 2 purchases for 6 and 7 thousand, increased cashback. The first one appeared immediately, the second one did not, I applied, everything was found. Both were paid at the same time after 3 weeks.
Foxtrot service is 0. The store lies at every step. I ordered a TV with increased cashback, paid by card on the website, and the cashback itself did not appear in a day (waiting for accrual). I called Foxtrot to clarify this situation, then the manager was at lunch, then he was busy, then something else. They spent 2 (!!!) days to understand whether the cashback would be accrued. They promised to clarify and contact me the next day! At the same time, I reported that if the cashback did not appear in my personal account, then I did not need to send the TV. First, the TV was sent, and after that the manager called to clarify whether the cashback had appeared in your account. And of course it did not appear. Then the manager started singing a song that he would appear after receiving the TV in the mail. I decided to check and made a control order from another account, only I had already chosen the payment method upon receipt. And lo and behold, the cashback appeared after 3 minutes (waiting for the cashback to be credited). I will not pick up the TV on principle, the store is not reputable. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER HERE. It's just a waste of time and money.
