The drivers of P TRANS left without calling back and without waiting for the passenger. In turn, the passenger could not find the bus because the bus number was not indicated on the ticket, and the stencil did not match the route of the purchased ticket. All refund appeals were rejected by infobus.

Letyshops - ***** (5+) Regarding Infobus and the carrier TocoBus - (Lviv-Gdansk route) - crossed the border + 50 km, the driver dropped everyone off at the gas station - get there yourself, the bus will not go any further, it is broken. Night, cold, suitcases, children, the carrier does not answer any phones... you can not write anything further... The carrier is TocoBus. keep in mind TocoBus - zero stars Thanks Letyshops.
