In your case the cashback was not rejected, it just did not appear in your account.
There are factors that can affect the calculation of the refund: including violation of the store's terms, violation of the cashback purchase algorithm, overwriting our affiliate link. Our manager has described in more detail the possible reasons for the loss of purchases in the "Help" section.
Please remember the advice provided by the specialist.
