I thought that this was the best service, they did everything promptly, but not for long. When I encountered a problem (long wait for cashback, to which the answer was in that form wait some more). Before that there were two more problems and the answer was the same. That is, in fact, there is no help, it's an illusion ... All the help consists of "wait". All this kind of replies, we are sorry but you hang in there ... My attitude towards it is ambiguous. Of all my requests to the support service, not a single one was resolved. I really like making purchases with cashback from LetyShops. I have been here since 2016, more than 60 orders, all positive! Maybe for someone this is a trifle, but it is nice to withdraw funds not included in the household budget once every six months - a year and make some kind of gift. The service managers will always help, explain and solve any issues that arise in our direction. Now I am striving for Lety-Gold status!

I made an order for $3.09 and the cashback was never credited. A month ago I made an order for $5 something and the cashback was never credited either, I wrote that they promised that it would come, but it never happened. They decided that I made the order incorrectly, although I always do the same. And when I make an order for pennies, the cashback is credited lightning fast, but only for a small amount.
