Activating the cache becomes a problem every time. And from absolutely different devices. Your browser extension - it does not work. I checked it on 3 different computers (Windows OS and Mac OS) and different browsers. The bird icon just lights up. You reinstall the extension, the bird comes to life for a couple of days, then just hangs again. And sometimes it just stupid: it offers to activate cashback on the site, writes that the cashback has been successfully activated, redirects to the site and again offers to carry out this procedure, and so on in a circle at least 10 times to activate. Thanks to the described bugs, I lost all the cache from AliExpress 11.11.2017 Thank you. The LetyShops team, of course, very friendly suggests contacting the help section, in which they promise to help, but in fact the matter does not go further. You have to wait months for answers to uncredited cashback. And it is not a fact that you will get an answer. Of course, you updated the site and made a division in the amount: real balance / expected cashback. So, it would be safe to add 3 sums in which users could enter their data. Data of sums that LetyShops did not credit. I have already exceeded this sum of 5 thousand for sure. I think I will suffer for a few more months - nothing will change, I will change cashback service. I am tired of losing money.

The service was excellent. Then there were a lot of clients, money flowed like a river. Why clients, the main thing is rebranding. The support service does not even analyze requests. They rattle off scripts. A specific question with a specific order and problem, a screenshot. The crediting operations are quite fast. But the "Premium account" bonus is not combined with the increased cashback percentage (this is where the cashback percentage is crossed out and a larger number is written in red), since "Premium account" is a Lety code.
