Normal service. I've been using it for quite a long time, I've withdrawn refunds in foreign currency to PayPal several times - no problems....it would be possible to make it possible to withdraw in foreign currency without additional letters to operators, just by choice, but it's not too difficult anyway....just write another letter...Refunds are penny-pinching, but, as they say, "a little at a time..."

It is even transferred wherever you ask, for example, they sent it to PayPal... Some kind of magic... Maybe the amounts collected are not very large, but for a pensioner, 500 rubles is still money.
