Most often, stores (services) send us information about order confirmation on time, but sometimes orders are confirmed a little later, which is why the estimated date of order confirmation is indicated in the user's personal account. That is, some orders are credited earlier than the specified date, some later.
If enough time has passed since the estimated date, please leave a request from your personal account, in the "Support" section, we will try to speed up the process of crediting the cashback.
