Always the same, I make the transaction of my purchase here and I never get my refund pending, I have filed a complaint so that they do it to me... I hope it works, I want to see where my refund is

I give them a star because I can't give it less. Although the Letyshop icon was activated during the entire purchase, I do not have any activated blocker or anything, the purchase has not been validated. I have opened a request and from Letyshop of 10, they have always helped me when I had a problem. In the case of Telepizza, I have been waiting 1 month and I still have not received a response. At home we get tired of being like police officers behind Telepizza so that they validate our purchases, it is not the first time that happens to us. Like I said, for the Letyshop part of 10. You can always trust them.

My first purchase with Letyshops in Telepizza and the cashback has not been automatically validated, despite the Letyshops verification symbol appearing during the purchase, I had to complain and see what happens. I have been using Letyshops for a week and at the moment I am not enjoying the experience too much.

Terrible, Telepizza's cashback isn't even worth it. You spend almost €40 on an order and barely get €1 back. Not to mention that if the site goes down, the cashback is deactivated and you have to claim it, or they take forever to verify it... Anyway, I doubt I'll use Lety for Telepizza again, because it's not worth it at all.

The last review I left for Telepizza, I was quite unhappy because they never acknowledged the cashback and I always had to be writing to Letyshop's customer service (5 stars for them, because although sometimes they can take days to reply, they always provide excellent service and help you acknowledge your cashback without any problems). For a month or so now, Telepizza has started automatically recognizing orders with cashback again.

At the beginning, Telepizza recognized all Cashbacks, but there came a time when I was never recognized and I always have to present evidence of my order to Letyshops. Fortunately afterwards it is always recognized, we must go after them.

My opinion about the store is 0. They never give me cash, I always have to be claiming, sending captures and in the end it gets tiring, because you always have to go behind. The truth is that the management by Letyshop is 10, because they always solve it super fast, but they should solve it with the store so that it does not give us so many problems and does not waste time both to lety and to us.

My cashback was not credited to me, I had to speak with LetyShops and send screenshots to verify that I placed my order. Very bad management of Telepizza but a 10 for them.
