An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
I placed an order in February 2021 making sure I have cashback activated, so I wait and wait but no outstanding credits, then I submit the cashback refund request and weeks later Shein confirmed my request.
