I am satisfied with the service. The only thing is that for a few days the cash back has decreased in an absurd way. I made my latest purchases on SHEIN with 3% and for a few days now it has been very low, despite being a gold customer
We are working to agree the most advantageous rate with the Shein store and the application is still being processed.
At the moment the rate is this, we hope to review the higher rate soon.
It seems like an abuse to me that from 3.6% it drops to 1.8% just when I switch to letysilver, in short SHEIN's fault there is nothing to object to with this application the payments arrive, but on SHEIN's part the negotiations leave something to be desired and also the price increases for everything and changes in conditions regarding discount codes.

It always has a super low cashback and it is the page I use the most, I would like them to upload it from time to time. I have to say that when I have made a purchase I have never had any problems and if I had one it was resolved quickly!

I've never had any problems.. maybe a little delay but in the end I always got my cashback
It is my first purchase at Letyshop and I currently have a €15 refund pending. But it says until 4-10-2024. Either it is validated or they don't return it to me or something like that. If all goes well I have already saved some more stores in favorites to repeat. For now I put 2 stars.

They take a long time to send the items and much longer to confirm the money. If you collaborate with stores that take so long, you will look bad because it can take up to months to confirm... this seems like a total deception to me.

We are sorry that you have this opinion, but the cashback is only paid after the store confirms the purchase. Confirmation times are published on each store page, for SHEIN they are 90 - 140 days.

I started using Lety for my purchases out of curiosity and I was very skeptical.. to date they have already refunded me a nice amount of money and I don't only purchase on Shein but also on many other shops. I like a nice app. It's true it takes a long time to get them back but it's like having a piggy bank..
