Unfortunately, the times I used cashback at the store weren't reflected; they were lost. However, the Shein website has some great deals.

I actually lost one cashback from Shein, they are looking for it. And the other one I confirmed a long time ago that it arrived, but it is hanging in pending mode

For the order that was lost, a request was sent to partners to determine the reasons for the loss. The request will be processed automatically. You can track the status in your personal account.
