I love it so much, it's essential.
Most of my purchases have been good, but recently, three products have turned out to be terrible, and I'm very unhappy with them. I haven't returned them because I don't think two of them could be returned. Which seems bad to me if the product comes broken or defective, but oh well. I was crazy about wigs, and the last wig he sent me is pathetic. I'm a little mad at Zayn because they haven't responded to my customer service. I haven't asked for refunds or returned anything, and now I wouldn't ask for refunds either. They just wanted to be more attentive.
