- Please add items to your shopping cart after cashback activation only.
- Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without taking into account the amount paid from your SHEIN wallet or the number of bonus points applied to the payment.
- Cashback is not credited for any additional costs such as delivery and shipping.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

This is the second time this has happened to me, whenever I activate the cashback through the web then they give me problems to collect it, they never accept it. Then they take 4 months to give you an answer....

It takes months and months to receive the cashback and unfortunately the highest boost percentages were more frequent before, now they rarely happen and the maximum is always 9% :(

Each store has its own terms for confirming cashback. The timings are indicated on the shop page of our service.
As soon as partners transfer a reward, the cashback status changes to "Confirmed" :)

Each store has its own time to confirm cashback and count it to the balance. You can check the waiting time on the store's page. Cashback will be automatically updated after partners send all the necessary information about your order and reward to us.
