Awful store. I ordered a laptop for UAH 26,500. with delivery to the point of issue Dream Town, Kiev, Obolon. They called back and obsessively began to offer their "additional" guarantee. I called back myself. Oh, miracle ... it seems to have come at 20:00. BUT the SMS with the notification did not come. But once again they asked why I refuse their "wonderful" additional warranty service. The next morning I take a taxi and go to Dream Town. Three salespeople don't do anything. NOTHING from the word at all. I ask the one who is at the counter to issue the payment and take out the laptop. Salesperson 1 said wait ... and continued to do nothing. After 5 minutes, another one comes up. And this Seller 2 also said wait. In 2 minutes Seller 3 comes up. Hooray, I wrote down the order number. After another 3 minutes, he comes out and proudly leads me to the display stand with the laptop model I ordered. A laptop for UAH 26,500 is covered in greasy fingerprints, with a small scratch on the side. Finita La Comedia. Curtain. I waited a week for the laptop, the order was postponed to another date - they did everything so that I could see it in a week on the display rack !!!
