They have rejected my cashback claiming that the Cashback rules had been "broken". When I made the request they approved it almost instantly. I don't understand the need to have to go behind the scenes to get something approved (after having already claimed it with screenshots included) instead of approving it from the first moment.

I have no problem with the orders I place. Everything arrives in order and in perfect condition. The problem is with the LetyShops application. I constantly get errors when placing orders with this store. I don't know what the problem is but I'm seriously considering stopping using the app. It is an absolute annoyance to have to open requests for my Cashback because it does not recognize it.
