It does not work. I proceeded to make a mobile purchase from the letyshop application. The purchase is very simple. It redirects you to the mediamark website, you add the product or products you want to buy and make the payment. You receive emails to the mail of the verified purchase and that's it. What doesn't work is the cashback. Mediamark does not notify letyshop of the purchase, so the cashback does not appear in pending. I complained to letyshop through the app and with photos that prove the purchase. In the customer service they were very kind and empathetic at all times and in the end they added part of the cashback that I would have obtained. I understand that letyshop is not "fault" so you should look at who you work with and who you don't. Mediamark is not a reliable company to give you the full cashback they say.

Is a gotcha. It is the second time that I buy in Mediamark and that the 10% is not credited. I bought it in that store through Letyshops for being a high amount of a mobile. I did everything correctly and in the end they paid me €5 of the €50. The said. Do not buy that they will not pay it in life.

It does not work!! It seems like a hoax to me that they put a 10% promotional cashback and then not apply to the purchase. I bought precisely because of the promotion because it was a big purchase and I was waiting for an interesting offer. Letyshops has given me €5 cashback, which is not even remotely close to the amount they promised. I have made sure to do the procedure correctly by activating the cashback from the web. I activate the cashback from the browser extension as soon as I enter the MediaMarkt page and twice that I have bought this month, in no case has the cashback appeared. It works badly, what I would recommend is to activate the cashback from the lety page and see if it works that way.

IT'S A SHAME, although LetyShops tells me that they can't pay me the chasback, when Media Markt had it increased to 10% and I did everything correctly without leaving the browser or anything. Media Markt washes its hands and doesn't give me the cashback. I will not buy from Media Markt with cashback again as it does not respond to LetyShops and cannot solve this problem. I made a purchase and in less than 24 hours the cashback appeared as pending. I ended up very happy because they definitely gave me the cashback. For this same reason, yesterday I made a purchase again and followed the same steps as the first time (I took screenshots as proof that the cashback was activated just in case). Now more than 24 hours have passed and I have not received the cashback "as pending" like the previous time. I have already opened a request, I will update...

Everything is great. No problem with cashback (Letyshop), nor with MediaMarkt.

IT DOES NOT WORK. Nth time I try to buy in this store and I run out of cashback. On this occasion, unlike the previous ones, in addition to doing EVERYTHING that the Letyshop team tells me, I downloaded the google browser so that nothing mysterious could interfere with the cashback. I don't know why in my specific case, I do it from the mobile app, from my usual browser or from this new browser, it NEVER collects the cashback. In other stores it works without problems, it only fails here. I don't know if it will be an exclusive problem for a few clients or if it is something too generic.

I am increasingly dissatisfied with your brand. I have spent hundreds of euros (€800 at least in the month of May) and the cashback does NOT appear. As always when the cashback is increased, coincidences always fail or there has been an error at the time of the transfer between them.
