I made a purchase where I was supposed to receive €28 cashback, even though the maximum I could receive was €20. In the end, after complaining, they only gave me €10, which doesn't satisfy the terms and conditions of the sale. If this happens again, I won't use this app again and will use other apps.

Terrible experience with this store. I made a €499 purchase following the instructions, but the cashback didn't appear, and from what I've been told at Letyshops, they don't accept cashback requests that haven't appeared. I made 2 purchases, one for €50 and another for €979 at MediaMark through here and it shows up as lost cashback, even though I have already submitted all the documentation they ask for. Every time I make a purchase of more than €300 in any store, they deny it.
