De kwaliteit van de dienstverlening is aanzienlijk verslechterd. In de zes maanden durende samenwerking werden 18 bestellingen geplaatst, met een gemiddelde waarde van 2500 hryvnia per bestelling. Aanvankelijk werd de eerste bestelling op de dag van plaatsing verzonden en de koeriersdienst Nova Poshta bezorgde deze de volgende dag. Momenteel zijn de verzendtijden gewijzigd; voorheen werden bestellingen die vóór 11:00 uur werden geplaatst, dezelfde dag nog verzonden. Nu geeft de app een minimale verzendtijd van twee dagen aan. In werkelijkheid zijn de verzendingen vertraagd en op de vijfde dag kan de klantenservice geen informatie verstrekken over de verzendtijden, vanwege de hoge werkdruk. Deze data zijn bij benadering. Het verstrekken van promotiecodes lost het probleem niet op en verbetert de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de service niet. Om bovenstaande redenen kan ik deze marktplaats niet aanbevelen. Het is beter om te winkelen op platforms zoals Rozetka of Epicenter, waar de levering, ondanks een kleinere productselectie, tijdig is.

Het slechtste cashbackprogramma dat ik ooit heb gebruikt. Cashback heeft nooit gewerkt, je moet het steeds bewijzen, bonnetjes 4 maanden bewaren, cashback wordt soms gewoon niet weergegeven - dit is in 90% van de gevallen het geval. Een vreemde regel om je eigen promotiecodes te gebruiken, en het maakt niet uit dat de helft van de cheque niet bij deze promotiecode past. De review gaat alleen over het cashbackprogramma. Ik vind de winkel als geheel goed. En Leti is altijd uitstekend.

This is the first store that rejects for its own discount. They often "forget" about promotional delivery, you can get one information in support and another when registering. Well, etc., we bought food for homeless animals, transferred it to the b.d zone, now we'll look somewhere, but definitely not here :)

One of the worst cashback programs is Maudau. You will have practically no chance of getting cashback. The store always lures you with discounts through promo codes, which is profitable - but then there is no cashback. You pay with cards with cashback (mono, etc.) - and then there is no cashback here. There are still a lot of conditions that eliminate the possibility of getting cashback from Maudau. But then it is easier to buy goods in the same Silpo or other stores (because it is cheaper there + cashback from Letishops is valid), when there are no discounts on Maudau and you cannot buy with promo codes.

I chose cat food with a gift, ordered more goods, entered a promo code from the store for beauty and health products - the gift was removed.
