My first Cashback was great, in less than a month I had the money to withdraw.
I placed a large order for just over €71, taking advantage of the fact that cashback had increased to 26.4%, and to my surprise, when I looked at the amount of cashback pending, it wasn't even €7. And it was supposed to be more than double that in theory... Lookfantastic says it's a Letyshops thing... Letyshops says it's a Lookfantastic thing... the typical passing the buck from one to another. To this day, that amount, which is less than 10%, is still pending. And there are already several orders where things have happened... One from Decathlon where I haven't seen a single €... waiting for someone to say something after months... another from Mifarma, the same thing... and now this one where the money appears to be pending, but much less than it should be... anyway... months will go by and it will never be resolved in my favor as it should be...

I always have problems with Lookfantastic. They never credit the correct amount, but Letyshops always solves it. They do the calculations themselves, and when the cashback is credited, they always adjust it to the correct amount. So, I'm very happy with Letyshops' support team; they're very friendly.

This time (my second purchase through Letyshops), everything went as expected! Plus, they informed me super quickly that my cashback was pending (and I took advantage of an offer that increased the cashback by 10x).
I just placed an order on Lookfantastic for a large sum through Letyshop and the cashback that I am supposed to receive is less than one euro! being the percentage of return is 5.5% I do not understand anything, because in other stores, with lower amounts and the same percentage, they have returned much more. Anyway ... I'll keep it in mind if there's a next time. I await the order in the hope that there is no problem. I will leave the timely comment about it.

The cashback rate of this store depends on the categories of the products and if you are a new customer or not. The maximum rate you can get is 5%, but the store does not specify the categories, therefore we cannot know in advance how the refund will be calculated.

What is the great Lookfantastic store, I already bought before Letyshops, but what the FATAL cashback refers to! Automatic cashback is never done, you have to claim and sometimes not even like that! It doesn't matter if you first go to the Letyshops website and from here to Lookfantastic, or if you are in Lookfantastic and activate the cashback through the extension. It does not work!!!!!
