Contacting the support service did not impress at all, the inattentive consultant Viktor Semenenko at first called me Viktor (although I am Valeria), then he did not see the transition to the LukFantastic website. After my indignation, he apparently rubbed his eyes and apologized, found and saw everything. As a result, I requested a bunch of information, asked a bunch of questions, I wrote and answered everything. And silence .... again I ask how things are with my question ... And finally Victor told me that, sorry, we cannot solve the problem, we need to make a request .... waiting 3-4 weeks .... this is Mockery! Before that, there were requests for non-cashback, answers from operators came quickly and the issue was also resolved very quickly ...
