The only store that first calculates the amount of cashback according to the percentage, and then, before enrollment, constantly significantly reduces the amount of cashback. There is no sense in the increased percentage

This is not the first time I order coffee in a store. There are no questions about the delivery, but one cashback was not found, I have been waiting for 4 months, and the second was rejected altogether, although I provided all the documents for confirmation, the third is still pending. Thanks to Latishops, she finally received the cashback, which was declined.

The store and assortment are great, I order coffee beans only here. the only negative point - I don't understand why the cashback is 2 times higher for new customers, this is some kind of discrimination against regular and loyal customers :(

A very good selection of coffee, especially their own coffee (roasted in-house). They also often charge for delivery when it should be free (if you order fineberry coffee, for example). I have to contact the managers to change it So at first I really liked the store, but now I do NOT like it at all because of such constant nuances
