I have always asked x lety to just eat but for a few months I have to claim every two for three the cashback that they reject me, without any reason and following the steps ... by letyshop attention they always solve it for me but I would like not to have to be aware of if they reject me anything claim it

Yesterday it took them 1 hour to bring me my order, a disgrace.

Also, only new accounts receive the advertised "up to x%," given that accounts that have been around for a while receive a smaller cashback, which is almost insignificant in the end, but that's how it works.

Look, I have money saved up and I've made purchases at stores through Lety, but the only one that cancels it is Just Eat. If they don't want to give cashback, they shouldn't be among Lety's partners. Something's not working right because my cashback is always rejected, and I have to open a dispute to get it approved. They always approve it almost immediately after opening the dispute, but it's quite annoying having to keep taking screenshots and sending them. This doesn't happen to me at other stores.
