Cashback has not yet been credited, but the office is responsible. The train was late and therefore did not get on the bus. But the bus driver himself called back, clarified where I was and (half an hour before the departure of the bus) and said where to take a taxi to intercept the bus (while he was driving and collecting passengers around the city). So, having been late for an hour and a half for landing, I still got on the bus safely. Thank you!

Cashback was displayed and credited to the account quickly. There are no complaints about the product and service either. I recommend the Infobus online service for purchases through the Letyshops service.
There was no cashback, Letyshops compensated me for it. Infobus had some excuses about some more transfers) Okay, at least the ticket was valid :)

The order was not recorded by our service, so the cashback did not appear. The reasons may be a violation of the purchase algorithm (for example, when the order is formed after clicking on an affiliate link/after clicking from a newsletter).
The manager provided recommendations for future purchases in the review :)
