The last time I bought tickets through INFOBUS, I constantly encountered problems, either lateness, cancellation, rude drivers... for the last three trips they didn’t even confirm the cashback, although I never had such a problem in other stores. Thank you Letyshops for crediting the lost amounts.
The drivers of P TRANS left without calling back and without waiting for the passenger. In turn, the passenger could not find the bus because the bus number was not indicated on the ticket, and the stencil did not match the route of the purchased ticket. All refund appeals were rejected by infobus.
Cashback was not found, it was compensated by Letyshops. Letyshops - ***** (5+) Regarding Infobus and the carrier TocoBus - (Lviv-Gdansk route) - crossed the border + 50 km, the driver dropped everyone off at the gas station - get there yourself, the bus will not go any further, it is broken. Night, cold, suitcases, children, the carrier does not answer any phones... you can not write anything further... The carrier is TocoBus. keep in mind TocoBus - zero stars Thanks Letyshops. Cashback has not yet been credited, but the office is responsible. The train was late and therefore did not get on the bus. But the bus driver himself called back, clarified where I was and (half an hour before the departure of the bus) and said where to take a taxi to intercept the bus (while he was driving and collecting passengers around the city). So, having been late for an hour and a half for landing, I still got on the bus safely. Thank you!
