They don't want to credit the cashback; they'll make excuses saying the conditions weren't met when they weren't. I don't recommend it. Letyshops at least compensated with a voucher, but come on, Iberia is a bit stingy... I spent €2,600 and got a 5% discount, and I got a voucher of barely 5%. The math doesn't add up, friends.

Check the countries that do accept cashback… and well, delete cookies from your phone… incredible. If you have looked at other sites, don't go to LetyShops to buy from Iberia because they don't accept it.

Each store has its own conditions. If your cashback has not been credited for some reason, you can create a complaint in the “Help” section of your personal account.
Cashback usually does not work with Iberia. I make no less than 2 reservations a week and most of the time I have to claim it. The letyshops staff makes an effort and tries to solve it, but it is quite annoying to have to complain about something that technologically should be a very easy solution. We'll see if when they say it is accredited, it is true or not, we have to wait at least 3 months to see it

I don't know why lately the larger cashbacks like this are not saved or anything, I have to be opening incidents and I get that they can't find it. I have the case open but we'll see how long it takes... I'm a little sad about this. Then it says that you put the order number when here are flights, there is no number as such but a confirmation that is a reservation number that you cannot give because the airline itself tells you that for security reasons do not give it since they can cancel it. … I sent them the screenshots and everything. Still cashback not found. If you want, I'll give you a capture of the bank too. I hope it gets solved.
