Winkelen bij Farmaciasdirect ES met cashback

I've been waiting for a package for a week. The product information doesn't match the product description. They don't inform you about out-of-stock issues (which, understandably, slows down delivery), nor does the courier service deliver within 24/48 hours, as the package remains in the original warehouse for more than 48 hours. To top it all off, the cashback isn't recognized even though the purchase was processed through Letyshops. I don't think I'll shop at FarmaciasDirect again. Unprofessional.

I've been waiting for my order for a month, and it's still not even ready. I've complained to the store several times, and they keep saying they're switching shipping companies... 30 days after purchase! I bought from this store because I trust Letyshop, but I think Farmacias Direct is a scam company. If they don't resolve this, I'll have to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

Very good for Letyshops, average for FarmaciasDirect. In addition to not having really attractive offers, the shipment, due to the fault of their transport company, was very late in delivery. To top it off, they denied me the refund and after making the claim, it was Letyshops who took charge of making the cashback payment.

The purchasing process is simple and effective. I have not had any problems with the purchase or receipt of the products. In two business days I had them at home. The package tracking code is indicated in the order data, but there is no link to the delivery company's page nor is there any indication of which company is used. By investigating the information on the website I was able to see that it was SEUR and then follow up on my own. It would be nice if this information appeared complete in the order data. The cashback appeared automatically in Letyshops, although it marked a value of €0. We will wait for the resolution to see if the cashback is applied in the end.

My experience with Letyshops, as always, good. Without incidents (and the times there have been, the service has been impeccable). With trade it is another issue. Order placed on September 8, on the 11th they say they will deliver it to me, the transport company (SEUR) says that I am not open due to a local holiday. To this day I do not close on holidays, and neither does my home. The problem comes now. Neither the shipping company nor the company where I made the purchase (Pharmacias direct) has responded to me since then. Neither on the 12th, nor the 13th, nor the 14th, nor today, the 15th. Meanwhile, I have lost 87 euros on adult diapers that I urgently needed.

My experience with this store has been bad, since the cashback has not been credited to me, and it has been a good purchase. In fact, since I have reached the highest category as Letygold, I am no longer credited the cash back of the purchases I make with the associated stores and every time I buy I have to take a screenshot to be able to claim later because I am afraid that will happen .
