SCAM Since JANUARY 2021, I've been waiting for a refund for a super-expensive trip. They don't answer emails; letyshop just makes excuses. In the end, they say I didn't go on that trip, even though Expedia paid, there's a record of it, and I have bank records of purchases at the resort. Expedia and letyshop are scamming people. Obviously, they're going to file a complaint in court and with the European Consumer Agency. And if they delete this review, I'll file another complaint.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this situation. The partners denied us a refund because the booking didn't take place. We recommend contacting the Expedia support team to find out the reason for this issue.
