Cashback was credited once without any problems. Now "no product" searched for it for 2 weeks

The order arrived within 3 days, the goods came to the store where I planned to pick them up, all the goods are good, there are no complaints about the cashback, it is still being processed, but there is still time until the announced deadline.

An extremely bad store, reshapes orders at its discretion, which is why cashback disappears. Does not send orders for 2 weeks, contacting the support service does not bring any result. They work very slowly and unprofessionally, the client is nobody for them. Also, be careful and attentive when paying with cards on the site if you have a cashback for their category. They can return the payment and withdraw it again (but in another month, when you may not have a cashback for their category). I got into this with them when paying with a Monobank card, when in November 2020 they had a partner cashback of 11%, they waited for December, returned the money for the order, and immediately removed them again, but without the cashback. Very low. I highly recommend not buying anything from this store!
