I made two orders in this store. One for the phone and the other for carrying. Cashback was not confirmed for a long time. As a result, before the expiration of the term, they simply took it and canceled it. Why work with such a store? And judging by the comments, this is not the first such situation.

I placed an order in the eStore for an apple pencil i iPad. The order was placed quickly, I was pleased with the free delivery in Kiev during the quarantine and a nice discount price (but it was sad when they saw an even bigger discount the next day)). When the order was delivered, it turned out that the apple pencil did not fit the iPad due to the newer generation. We have no complaints, since we made a mistake ourselves, but it would be nice if the consultant, during the ordering process, advised and suggested us. Now to the cashback. One order is harmful as confirmed, the second order for a larger amount was canceled for some reason. We contacted a consultant at LatyShops. Thank you, Irina, for helping to get the cashback. Now we will apply for a second order to get a cashback!

Hi, I bought an iPhone 11 Pro 64Gb Silver phone there (26.989 UAH, 02.02.2020) through the website, a cash payment method and, of course, with a cashback. : P Picked up at the 'Globus' store on Independence Square, the sellers are good, they dictated the order number, they took out the goods, offered to open it myself, turn it on, etc., and also ordered the glass gluing service (600 UAH). I was lucky I got a European (our plug for charging, without any adapter). Having changed my mind about paying in cash at the stage on the way to the store, I paid through the Privat24 application (attention, the commission is 0.5%, this is also indicated on the website), paid for everything, issued a guarantee from the store and a receipt, and successfully with a bag pressed it to my place I went home: D Shop in terms of service and the product I am 100% satisfied, only the cashback work for them does not want to be carried out, although it is already small at the time of purchase, I had exactly 0.54% (~ 380 rubles), I contacted LetyShops technical support, clarified the situation and attached receipts and a photo of the product itself. A couple of hours later, the cashback was already credited to the account (without waiting), I don't know if LetyShops influenced this (whether he poured them there security coins), but the fact is a fact, and once I'm happy that I use this particular service for cashback, I never had any problems with him.

I do not recommend buying with cashback in this store. The store rejected the cashback, contacted support, there is a receipt, a transition to the site, in general, everything is according to the rules, but it was rejected anyway. Some kind of scam, I lure the cash back to buy from them, but after the purchase it is not paid!

I shop only in this store, the prices are lower than elsewhere, the quality of service is at the level. Now also cash-back)
