The same thing happened to me. They had to give me back €20. In the end they refused, I'm seeing that I'm not the only one. Letyhops gave me back €10 of their funds... not at all happy.

The store has sent a negative response regarding the refund compensation. The 10 euros you have received correspond to a bonus that we have granted from our service.

A cashback of €20 is added to me for the purchase of a vacuum cleaner on Black Friday. A few days later the cashback is denied. Letyshops tells me that there will be a dispute with the invoice and documentation, I do it, proving the cashback and that it has not been been returned and paid for, and literally 10 minutes after opening the dispute with the documentation, a cashback of €10.42 is approved... things like this make people distrust Dyson itself so much that I don't know why. It is added to giving cashback if it does not comply later, like letyshops itself for putting more percentage to encourage purchases that will not happen later. This is simply false advertising.

We contacted our partners and, unfortunately, received a negative response. The affiliate link was rewritten, and the store didn't see that our service was placing the order. Perhaps, before placing the order, there was a transition through an advertising banner, another newsletter link, or a third-party browser extension was installed that rewritten our affiliate link.
