I bought twice in DepositPhotos with the transition from Letyshops and twice had problems with cashback accrual: - 2018. There is a transition in the system, the purchase was made, but the cashback was not credited automatically. After contacting the joint venture and checking it was still credited. ~ 79 days have passed from the date of purchase to the accrual (instead of 30) + the need to keep the question on the pulse. - 2019. There is a transition, a purchase on the site was made, but it was not marked in the Letyshops system and the cashback was not credited again. After contacting the joint venture and checking, the Advertiser = DepositPhotos replied to the Service = Letyshops that he transferred the Commission for my purchase to some other coupon service (the name and reason were not disclosed). Therefore, I did not receive cashback (there were no other discounts either). My communication on this issue with DepositPhotos boiled down to literalism and getting the same answers from them: "we are not dealing with cashback accrual." To whom the Advertiser's commission went - there is no answer ... The situation with the repeated disregard of cashback is an indicator of the operation of the system and systems, and therefore it was originally incorporated into them.

We do not cooperate with DepositPhotos directly, but through an affiliate program. Through it, requests for the lost cashback are also processed.
For orders made in 2018, partners transferred a commission. By order for 2019, the reward was transferred to another resource.
