Winkelen bij Cecotec ES met cashback

Ik heb in juli een bestelling geplaatst en de cashback is nog niet eens verschenen. Bovendien heb ik een plafondventilator gekocht die lawaai maakt. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Cecotec, maar dat lukt niet. Ik kan alleen via e-mail contact opnemen. Ze hebben een supportticket voor me aangemaakt, maar ze hebben nooit contact met me opgenomen. Niet om het te repareren, te vervangen of zelfs maar mijn geld terug te geven. Het is schandalig!

Very satisfied with the service provided by Verónica at Letyshops and the subsequent resolution to the problem. I placed an order a little over a month ago for two air conditioners, and Cecotec split it into two orders, informing me that the cashback only applies to the first order. Today, after the cashback was approved, Letyshops issued me a voucher for the remaining amount. I am very grateful.

As you say, when the amount is more than three figures, you have to file a claim because it hasn't been recorded. And even more, this can take up to four months. They're very quick to collect. And then they'll give you whatever they think is appropriate, because the cashback is exchanged or comes with offers, not from the day of purchase. If this store ends up causing you problems, the easiest thing to do is to cancel their service. You save yourself the headache.

This is my third attempt at commenting. In recent months, I haven't been receiving crashback credit for purchases over three figures, even without providing a screenshot.

Well, I hadn't read other users' experiences, otherwise I wouldn't have bought here. They didn't credit my cashback, although, always with the distrust I have, I take a screenshot and it appears exactly as everything is activated. It's better to avoid this store; there's no problem with others.

Terrible experience. I usually use this app for a lot of purchases, the ones they have available. I made a purchase on November 25th for a value of €530, I went ahead with the purchase because I had a 14% cashback, as always I don't feel like it available and I had to open the request attaching photos of the purchase and the cashback I had. Today they accepted the request and they gave me €28, out of €63 that they should have returned once the VAT was removed. I opened a ticket and they responded that the cashback was a maximum of €28. Something that WASN'T INDICATED ANYWHERE. A scam. I will never buy from this store again.

Very bad experience. Last week I bought a vacuum cleaner in this store. As part of the Black Friday offers from Letishops they gave me 14% back. That encouraged me to buy this vacuum cleaner in advance, even though it didn't suit me at all, and to opt for the Cecotec brand. I had planned to buy one from another brand that was cheaper, but with the cashback refund it was similar. I noticed that after following all the steps I was always shown the cashback activated icon. After the purchase, what was my surprise is that it doesn't appear as pending. I have claimed it and now I have to wait 4 months to see what the store says... but they have already done me a disservice because I made a financial effort by buying in advance in the hope that it would be rewarded. I am quite upset to be honest. I regularly use the LetiShops app and I have no problems, but coincidentally the two times I have bought something for which they should have given me a higher cashback this has happened. And it really makes me angry.

I made a fairly large order and since I saw that they returned a good percentage of cashback, I did it through Letyshop. Well, the cashback didn't appear in 24 hours as it usually happens, so I opened a claim proving the payment and the order made on the website and what I found was that Letyshop indicates that it hasn't found the cashback in its system. In addition, it tells me that the store can take up to 4 months to give me an answer xd 4 months for them to finally say maybe no. A bit of a shame.

We are in dispute. 5 electric bicycles. About €100 cashback. Denied. Well, when I have the bikes I plan to return them and buy them at Decathlon. I spent around €5,000. You have to be very shameless
