I take advantage of a day that you have super cashback to make a purchase and months later you reject it because the store does not provide you with any information, even when I have sent you screenshots of the order, confirmation email, etc. Honestly, it's not the first time it's happened and I'm thinking about stopping using letyshop because it doesn't give me any confidence in knowing if my purchases will really be confirmed or not and if I'll receive the corresponding cashback.

Yes and no… many orders are credited to me, others are not… I have been denied a cashback, I don't know why. Taking the order for more than a month in my house. Some other time it has happened to me and you are left without knowing why they deny you...

All very well. The cashback has been faster than I expected. I buy a lot at casadellibro.com and now that I've discovered this, I'm going to get something better for my purchases :)
I leave a third and final comment regarding the experience I had with this store. Initially, the €10 Cashback of an order I placed when there was an increase was not recorded. After three months of submitting a claim, the store refunded me 1.57 of that order, but Letyshops have quickly credited the corresponding difference and have helped me with all my queries. Very satisfied finally with the solution that they have given me. Thanks!
