I ALWAYS have the same problem with the Cashback from La Casa del Libro. ALWAYS. I don't understand what's going on because I always follow all the steps correctly (accept cookies, activate Letyshops from the app, etc...) What I am 100% sure of is that I no longer feel like buying from La Casa del Libro here. With AliExpress, Miravia, Shein and others, 0 problems. It's only with La Casa del Libro.

This is my third purchase here with increased cashback and the third time I have to complain and the purchase never appears in the system. I'm repeating this because letyshops always responds and that says a lot about them, but it's a pain to have to chase after cashback. I hope letyshops can put this company to work because what they do is not normal.

Reading comments it seems that I have been another of those affected when the cashback is high. I made a purchase that gave around 21% if it exceeded 50 euros on the letyshops anniversary and the cashback automatically did not appear. I have complained with screenshots of the purchase and now they inform me that they are going to transfer it to the store and that it may take up to 4 months to give me my cashback. Honestly, I was very disappointed. If this store cannot afford such figures, they should reduce the cashback or not participate at all. I hope to have my cashback soon.
