It happened to me that I have made 2 purchases at Casa del Libro when the cashback was higher, in one of them it was multiplied by 5 and they only applied a % of what it should have been, having to wait several months for the store to confirm it .... and another 2 days ago, when the % was multiplied by 3, and they directly tell me that it does not "appear" and that I have to wait 4 months for Casa del Libro to confirm or not ... In both cases I have claimed by providing screenshots of the purchases made, clearly demonstrating that I made the purchases with the indicated steps, and I am very unhappy, because of the waiting times, not knowing if they are going to apply it to me, when it is a lot of money ... I have been disappointed with Letyshops because they have not managed it well, and I am considering stopping buying through them.

I made a purchase taking advantage of the fact that the cashback had a higher % but it didn't appear, I claimed it by sending screenshots and LetyShops didn't "find" it. I have to wait 4 months for a response from Casa del Libro. The same thing ALWAYS happens when the % is higher. I'm considering whether to really continue using LetyShops.

I would like to leave a positive review of Letyshops' handling of a purchase I made at Casa del Libro, in which the order was sent to me twice and initially only part of the cashback corresponding to the first shipment appeared. Letyshops' responses to complaints are very quick and friendly, and they solved my problem within a few days.

I made my first purchase through the app at La Casa del Libro and the cashback was not recognised. I immediately informed LetyShops customer service and I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue. They told me that they had contacted the store and that they have to wait for it to be resolved. They gave me a period of 4 months. For my part, I have also contacted La Casa del Libro and in turn, they refer me to them, because, logically, it is their responsibility, since I did it through their app and they have nothing to do with it. I feel cheated and I no longer trust that it will be resolved.
