Letyshops has complained, but I suppose that in the end I will have to settle for a compensation that will not reach the total of the cash back that I should have received. It has already happened to me two other times with Media Markt and the problem is not in the purchase process. If it is so hard for them to apply cash back, do not associate with these platforms. With Aliexpress, for example, I have never had a problem.
