Today I bought a product on sale at ATB. Buy for UAH 800 and pay with a VISA card via Google Pay. Then the delivery will not cost 55 UAH, but 1 UAH. She did everything like that. But they charged me 55 hryvnias, not 1, as was written in the conditions of the promotion. I do not recommend!!!

If I could give 0 stars, that would be their ideal rating. ATB does not know how to deliver products... Quality of products (worst) Quality of delivery - zero This is the umpteenth time they have problems with delivery... They cannot deliver on time, next time. just a day...

I placed an order at 3:40 p.m. at 8:00 p.m., it was delivered to me (delivery charge is UAH 110 for goods worth UAH 1,600) when I placed the order, I called the hotline and asked if the delivery is to the floor if the elevator is not working?? I was told that yes) the taxi driver came and said get out and pick up your order) I asked him, what about the delivery to the floor??? He answered that if the elevator is working, he will lift it, and if not, and in general, he is a taxi driver and he was not indicated anywhere for the elevator) I ordered the same in Silpo and Fori, there were no such questions) this was my last order in ATB
