It depends on the category the product belongs to. You can check if a product is an affiliate one using the tool on the store page. The store did not send information on orders. Loss of cashback could occur due to data overwriting by other sources, violation of store conditions, or due to an error in the shopping algorithm. They wanted to support and compensated for the cashback on the balance, although they themselves did not receive anything from the partners.
