Letishops are handsome, but Aliexpress is dishonest. For many small orders, I did not receive a cashback, because the store does not confirm the fact of the sale. Of course, you can track it by track number, order number, and so on, but the only thing that matches between LS and AE is only the price. But now AE does not deliver to Ukraine! Not in any region. Even if the goods go to my city, as a result, you still can’t order!

We have contacted both post offices. Today, delivery by Ukrposhta is possible in 14 regions (Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi).
According to Nova Poshta, the regions are the same. Zaporozhye, Dnipro and the entire South/East in general are inaccessible. Alternatively, mail managers offer to choose delivery to another area on Aliexpress, and then additionally arrange forwarding to your branch (but you need to pay for one more delivery in Ukraine).
There are 3 main guidelines for placing an order:
1) Reinstall / update the AliExpress application, or try to place an order on the site.
2) Change the account language to Ukrainian or English.
3) Change the language of the delivery address from English to Russian/Ukrainian.
For other delivery issues, it is better to check with AliExpress support.
