- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Everything works great, the cache is instantly visible. Coupons save lives and make interest almost on par with other services. But one order was not displayed, it took about 4 days :(

At the beginning of this year, the goods came often with defects, so I took a short break from ordering. Although, on the other hand, all defects were reimbursed to me through disputes (by the way, cashback is not refundable for disputed orders (but this is not certain)). There are no complaints about the last order; delivery to Ukraine, as always, 3 weeks; but there the sellers seem to be still delaying.

Indeed, you can always contact the support of the store or the seller if the goods arrived with a defect.
As for the cashback, when you open a dispute with the seller, according to the terms of AliExpress, it is rejected or debited from the balance after crediting, that's for sure :)
