They do offer cashback, but not at the price you actually bought it for. For example, I buy an item for €19.99 and they mark it as if I bought it for €15.65. And that applies to all orders. So, they are not really giving you back the price you bought it for. I don't know if this happens in other categories as well.

The AliExpress thing is shameful, it borders on scam and they do what they want 1. They do supercasback on very few products, and you don't even know which ones they are until you buy... 2. They often deny it because they want to 3. And they are scammers, they have more and more unreliable sellers and they wash their hands. I bought an item for €32 and I received something very different, now I want my money back and I have to pay the shipping costs to China. It's shameful 4. I have unsubscribed. Super cashback applies to all products, but different percentages apply to different products. If your cashback has been declined for any reason, you can claim it by creating a request in the “Help” section of your account.

I have been using letyshop for a few months making low and medium value purchases up to 200 euros, all perfect, but what a coincidence that when I make the purchase of a mobile phone of more than 1000 euros and with supercashback, that purchase, which follows the same procedure as the ones I made previously, is not registered, what a coincidence that instead of returning 3 or 4 euros, being 1000 euros and having supercashback it does not appear, and goodbye to the 30 euros, but the nice people at letyshop give me 2 euros to compensate, anyway, no comments, do not buy things of great value thinking that you are going to have cashback.

But don't expect the indicated amount.
