- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Hello! I made an order from the Special rates section from Aliexpress, the product had a cashback of 65%, the confirmation from Leti about the activation was 65%, as a result, after payment, a confirmation of the cashback of 12% was received (not even 15% as it should be on clothes) !!!

The store sends us information about the amount of the order in dollars. And we, in turn, convert it into rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time the order is received in our system.
Due to the fact that the rates at which we and Aliexpress convert currency may differ, the order amount may also differ.
